Who can use the GFS Device?.
The GFS device can be used by adult men of all ages. It may be used to assist boys when used under the supervision of a competent parent or guardian. The GFS device is used for uncomplicated non medical tighter foreskin problems only. Only your doctor / personal medical physician can provide medical advice for your specific needs. Be sure to follow your Doctors advice.
How does the GFS (Gentle Foreskin Stretcher) work?.
The GFS balloon has been designed to gently slide into the opening of the foreskin (not the urethra – not where urine comes from). The GFS placement rod (3mm diameter) allows simple placement into the opening of the foreskin. Once the GFS balloon is in place, remove the placement rod and attach 20ml air plunger (syringe) onto the GFS head. (Larger plungers are available).
Once the plunger is attached, gently squeeze the plunger and fill the GFS balloon with air. You control the degree and amount of stretching by how much air you gently squeeze into the balloon. Once the balloon has reached a comfortable level of stretch for you, use the GFS Air Lock (provided) to keep the pressure in the GFS device and that will stretch the foreskin. This process should take 10 seconds.
Leave the GFS device in place for upto several minutes, ideally once a day.
A simple to follow set of diagrams are included with the kit.
Will 14 days be enough for me?.
Whilst this site provides general advice – we note that many GFS users report that after 14 days their foreskin is markedly widened.
If your foreskin is very tight you may need a little longer, however, each person is different. Some users report full results within a few days.

Readers are cautioned not to self diagnose. GFS is for loosening of a normal but tighter foreskin. Medical problems require medical advice.
